At Alghafoor Car Care, we strive to provide you with the highest quality car care products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. General Return Conditions

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Alghafoor Car Care within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original seals, tags, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Items Exempt from Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (for safety reasons).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., certain chemicals with a short shelf life).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear, unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items.
  • Items on final sale or clearance (this will be clearly indicated on the product page).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team via email at alghafoorcarcare@gmail.com or call us at +92 331 7767500.
  • Provide Information: In your request, please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item. Do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number.
  • Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for safely packaging the return to prevent damage during transit.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for a change of mind or any reason not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Process

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email of the status of your refund after completing the inspection.

Refund Issuance

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

If a refund is not possible to the original payment method, a store credit will be issued.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alghafoorcarcare@gmail.com and follow the return procedure described above. We will ship the replacement item once the original defective item is received and inspected.

8. Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items (including clearance items) cannot be refunded, unless they are found to be defective.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
